  • Shine On Fitness offers personal training sessions, group classes, open gym memberships, online training, and nutrition support. Our services are designed to help women build strength, confidence, and sustainable habits. Whether you prefer in-person coaching, community workouts, or flexible online options, there’s a program to fit your lifestyle.

  • Getting started is easy! Simply book online or send us an email to megan@shineonfitness.com. From there, we’ll recommend the best training or membership option(s) for you and get you scheduled. We’ll guide you every step of the way!

  • Shine On Fitness isn’t your typical gym. We’re a women-only space that combines personalized coaching, real support, and a strong community to help you feel confident and powerful in your body. No intimidation, no quick fixes — just sustainable results and women lifting each other up.

  • M-F: 5am- 8pm

    Saturdays: 6am-1pm

    Closed Sundays
